The Soft Skills Institute is a nationally recognized AGD PACE provider of seminars, workshops and online content. This is a collaborative partnership between JoAn, her dentist husband, Dr. Chuck Majors and the participation of other dental specialists and innovators. Joined by Jeannie Chapman a retired high school teacher who began her second career while working with the Texas AGD in 2008. Now, she provides the detailed insight as CE director for TSSI. Her expertise assures us that we are delivering content that is in compliance with these high standards.
